These are our Terms and Condition of sales. Please read this page until the end before placing an order.
Shipping
Shipping is by USPS only. It takes 1-3 days to delivery. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after order confirmation. A tracking link will be provided immediately after the order is shipped. We ship to all states except Guam, Puerto Rico and US Minor Outlying Islands. Shipping fees are 40 USD for both retail and bulk orders of any size. No international shipping is available at the moment. As domestic shipping by USPS doesn’t involve Customs inspections and therefore there is no risk of seizure, packages lost or stolen at delivery are a different issue. It is the buyer’s responsibility to look after delivery. That is why we provide a tracking link. If necessary contact USPS to arrange delivery. If the consignee address is wrong, a package is misplaced by the postman, stolen or sent back to the sender address, ryzen-pharma-usa.com will not take any responsibility.
Payments
For all orders we accept Paypal, Wise, Stripe and Bitcoin. Paypal transfers must be sent as “to a friend” or in some countries “to somebody you trust”. Payment details are confidential and will be provided after we receive your order. Therefore, once an order is placed there is a commitment to pay. Orders placed and not honored are considered spam orders. We take action against spammers.

We are the owners of the brand Ryzen Pharma, not simply distributors. All items are manufactured under license in India. All products are guaranteed genuine and well within expiry date. They are shipped from our warehouse in the USA. We guarantee each product authenticity as we are the sole distributors of Ryzen Pharma in the US. Every other distributor or retailer buys from us.
